Well since my Parents and Grandparents were always tickling my feet when I was about 4 or 5, instead of hating it I began to enjoy it. That got me going. I still liked to have my feet tickled but I absolutely loved tickling the feet of females, especially in all my school years!
It could be. lol. Tickling is already pretty random to me, but that doesn't stop anybody. 😛
I guess for me I wouldn't call it a fetish, but I've been around tickling since I was little with my family, and I find it rather fun. 🙂

after my first time being tied up (i was a young one), for some reason tickling was appealing to me. it went from there.

This has come up before. I can't say how my interests/fetishes got started because I had them as far back as I can remember, which is to age 4. 😀
I'm from Poland a country when touching people when talking to them to grab their attention is normal. So tickling is a part of it, it's not considered weird at all, i can't figure out how many girls do give their feet to be touched or tickled by themselves 🙂. Not necessarily. If you cannot have a satisfying sexual experience without spanking, or tickling, or whatever - be it real or fantasized during sex, then you have a fetish. If spanking or tickling or whatever is something you enjoy but does not have to be part of sex (either real or fantisized) in order for you to be sexually satisfied, then it's just something you enjoy, but doesn't rise to the level of fetishism.
I guess I'd have to say that tickling became sexualized for me when I was about 4, and my older brother's girlfriend used to tickle me. The interviewer asked her about it, and she said that she keeps her nails painted for him because he likes the colors. It was obvious that the kid already has a fascination for women's feet and he's well on his way to becoming one of us, and she simply has no idea. On the whole, it made for a cute scene.

That, and the other one, "Shiver Me Timbers" where Olive's feet were licked on by cats.
"Bridge Ahoy!" the old Popeye cartoon where Bluto tickles Olive Oyl's foot as she hangs on for dear life. I was never quite the same after that ... and my female grade school classmates weren't safe anymore.

"Shiver me Timbers" must've started it for me too; but my memory goes back to about 3 years old when I was already tickling my Mom's and Grandmother's feet (she lived with us to I had 2 adult females to tickle in my house!) But every time I watch that old Popeye cartoon, I get a thrill like no other; so that must be where it comes from for me!
