define properly. lol. at most i was tickled for maybe 20 to 30 seconds once when I was held down and my feet tickled as a kid. but that's it. that's the most "extreme" or proper tickling I have ever had or can remember, and even then I don't remember how it felt exactly or what I was thinking then.
