I could parse the phraseology later, but I’d arrange some kind of open casting call for a reality based, experimental film shoot with no nudity, and offer few details in advance, except that I would announce a high pay rate for anyone cast. (I’ve personally witnessed open casting calls in NYC. Trust me, if the pay is right, you’ll get hundreds of hopefuls, regardless of what it is.)
The most attractive girls are brought in one at a time, those who consent to an on-camera interview would be offered a large amount of money to be tied and tickled for a set period of time in their underwear right then and there (in a different room in the building). Perhaps there’d even one rate for a safe word, and an even higher rate for no safe word. All would be asked to react as little as possible to the tickling.
