what type of music does everyone like

HOLLYWOODBROTHE said:
now someone asked about a wcw gimmick. well the answer is that yes it was a wcw gimmick but the record sold and it was played on many stations. also there follow up songs were played on some country stations but didn ot do as good. there was once a rumor of a reunion but after two fo the four members died, i doubt it possible.

......You have GOTto be kidding! Listening to that hokey tripe every week on Nitro drove me stark raving bananas! And people actually put down $14.99 at their local record store and said "Yes, I would like a copy of that"??????????

Im into anything from R&B making love music nice and slow jams(like Jaged Edge etc...) to Heavy metal music(like mushroomhead etc...) im NOT into the whole pop music though really. but i do like Justin T ''cry me a River'' his song though which is shocking! :wooha: oh and Country im not really much into that either. some of it is alright. But i don't listen to it enough to know whos Good and whos not

Music....

I am open to almost everything for at one time being in the biz. Only ones I could do without would be gangsta rap and alot of opra. Otherwise pretty much open.Dance, Pop, R&B, metal, Jazz, Rock, Classical ( a plug for BOND here ) even those Disney sountracks.

Glad to see I've turned you onto them 😎

This is becomeing quite a long thread!
I am into a bit of everything. I tend to just hear something and say "I like that!" rather than saying "I think this group or that genre..."
I could happily listen to Metallica or something and then put on Michael Buble (sounds a bit like Tony Bennett).
Since I download all my music and never buy CDs I don't own too much of any one group. But I do own CDs or have a lot of tracks from
Barenaked Ladies
Green Day
Crash Test Dummies
Queen
Marcy Playground
etc etc etc...There are really way too many to name here. I like a bit of everything. Never ever ever listen to rap or club music. Dont like country as a genre but there are some tracks that I like. Love classic 60's, 70's and 80's rock. Love nutty 90's alternative stuff. Love the stuff from that period in the 90's where there were nothing but girl bands everywhere. Anyway...hard question to answer.
I dont know much about music but I know what I like.

I like different things as well, but mostly /\/\etal, ...well if you consider that Black Sabbaths first album came out when I was in my freshman year of high school, and the first concert I ever went to was Jimi Hendrix, it would be understandable that I'm a /\/\etal-Head from way back. There's not much of the Nu Metal that I like, except for Tool and A Perfect Circle.

I haven't been buying CD's much either, and download as well, Nessonite, but I don't really like to download. Finances dictate which way I go with that, but I usually end up buying (when I can) what I download if I like it, and delete it if I don't. A good source for me are the 2nd hand CD shoppe's...you can usually get some good bargains there, as well as sometimes finding some rare/hard-to-find or out-of-print gems in such places.

I'd been totally out of it for a long time, from the early 80's up until just a little over a year ago, so now I'm catching up on what I missed out on all those years (MTV killed it for me). Currently I've put together the entire Megadeth library...and at ILuv2B's suggestion, I've downloaded quite a bit of Bond's material. I find it very soothing (I have sleep prob's)...and I LOVE their cover of Led Zeppelins 'Kashmir'...!!

Here is a band I recently found out about...one the few nu-metal bands I do like. Check them out and see if YOU like them as well...there is a video you can download on the media page of the site. You will need Macromedia's Flash Player to view the site.

Yeah..those women are very talented..thanks for informing us on them 😀

there is a good band out there that is not really heard of...mainly because they are religious..now im not the one that goes to church and all and i dont really like getting into religion talks because everyone has there own opinion about religion..but this band i give props to cause i am very relaxed when i listen to them..their name is Kutless..here is the link which i hope still works..http://www.toothandnail.com/kutless/

I consider myself pretty well rounded in my music tastes, but I do have a few favs... Right now I am getting close to wearing out my Evanescence cd. I also love Matchbox 20 (Rob Thomas is a hottie, esp in the "Smooth" video - and so talented), Sarah MacLachlan, and many more groups.

For tickle fun tho, my fav to listen to for background music would have to be Enigma's "Erotic Dreams", which I first heard played at the Tethers n Feathers gathering this past August 😀

Ticklishly yours,
Josie

Yanni :weird: :wooha:

I enjoy all types of music, from the oldest classical pieces to the occasional rap and hip-hop song, and everything in between. While most of my favorites are in English, I do have many in other languages, including Spanish and Japanese.

Currently, I would have to pin my fave on Fukai Mori by D.A.I (Do As Infinity), although I have hundreds I love nearly as much. Most of my CD's I borrow from my dad, who owns over a thousand, and also listens to just about everything.

one is of bond(the girls look like they are tickling each other but i dont think we could be that lucky) and the other is gay-yee lookin hott on a motorcycle(crotchrocket style) hope u enjoy!!~Jeff
