The most brutal tickling video I've seen, would be by Tickle Japan, where a woman gets tickled for about 30 minutes straight. No breaks, no pauses, no changes to camera angle or retying. Just 30 minutes of non-stop tickling. This girl is very ticklish, and she laughs through the entire thing, even at the end where she can barely laugh, she is still laughing and begging. Deffinitly worth a look if you can find it.

There's a Real Tickling clip from about 10 years ago. Name of the clip was TC 5498. I've never seen the full video but I saw a 30 second sample a few years back and the guy tickled the woman's armpits 'til she cried and then kept going even though she was crying. Again to be fair never saw the full video but the sample looked brutal.

I never watched this legendary clip, but I have always believed it to be a publicity stunt rather than an actual non-con. That said, in the excitement of the era, I guess it could have occurred to them to go for it, as crazy as it sounds.

To respond to the original OP, I do not know what the most intense would be, but there is stuff from Tickle Intensive that is pretty much on the torture side of things. Some if not most of the girls end up totally wrecked at the end of filming. I heartily recommend their title called Maximum Punishment: the girl is unbearably cute, and they really put her through hell!

The video I was referring to, with the escort in nylons, is not a great video and she's not attractive. The tickling wasn't brutal either. However, based on the idea that she didn't want it done to her and possibly didn't sign up for it, I would define that as brutal torture. That being said, I don't think anyone knows what the real story is behind that clip. Her objections seem genuine and she isn't in any other videos with any other producers. This was also done in a time without social media so it very possibly could be real. However, again, nobody really knows the truth behind the legend.

Crystal White was at her best in the video 'Ticklish Merchandise' in my personal opinion. But yeah, 'Of Sweet Suffering' is a classic. Brutal video, but I don't like crying 'lees myself. Sadistic yes. Prolonged yes. But the breaking point needs to be postponed farther for me to like it. She doesn't need to cry to take a torture just as severe if done right. Tickling like that is like fucking without foreplay to me. Nonetheless great video which added to variety, though, needs to be there.

"Suffocates"? There are about a million older siblings who tickle the living hell out of their younger siblings every single day who have never even heard the term "safe word," and I don't think these homes are lined with corpses of children who've died from suffocation.
