I have been far under the weather the last few days and my mind was not thinking clearly at all.

You are 100% right. It would indeed be out of line outside of a playful quick passing drag of a finger upon a bare sole. Nothing more unless requested or provoked by the wouldbe ticklee.😉 😀

🙂 I now see my situation from an entirely different point of view, which was my reason for asking your opinions. Based on what the majority of you think is proper, I will keep my hands to myself and my thoughts in my head. This would have been a quick swipe to the sole, nothing more, but even that appears to be out of line, so I will heed my fellow TMF members advice and enjoy the sights from a distance.
