wow,this is different.I don't think I want to be tickled by any animal lol.Although my brother's cat is always tickling me with her tail or when she bites my feet in a playful manner.Then,she will come up behind you and put her paw on your back to let you know she is there.
 
I am not sure what do you mean but anyway if i had to be tickled by someone like that, i think i would choose the fox. I am curious to find out if a fox tail can produce unbearable tickle sensations!

After fox my second choice would be a kitty i guess. An anthropomorphous octopus might have eight legs but i don't think those sticky things would really tickle!

I was torn between Lizard, Dog and Octopus...but the idea of multipal arms/tenticals (or tentickles-lol) won it for me-Octopus for the win.lol.
 
Eagle (the feathers, not the claws and beak) and Fox (the tail). Sensuality all the way!
 
i'm surprised dogs weren't high on the list... i chose it because i love dogs. but i guess a fox would be cool too. they're really pretty.
 
Dog and octopus, dog actually happened, was held down while they squirted a can of whipped cream in my belly button and had the dog lick it out, that was over an hour, I was afraid she was going to puke on me, the octopus is one shy of the number of people that got me in a partking lot
 
Oddly enough, I think I'll take lizards 🙂 For some reason, I love the idea of classic fantasy LizardMen tickling me silly! Besides that, I've seen characters like Argonians in Oblivion. Those guys have claws and could probably be pretty devastating.
 
I am obsessed with octopi. They are my all time favorite animals. I just think they are the coolest creatures ever.

So it isn't even a contest for me.
 
I can't believe there are people that want to be tickled by frogs.
