What's the last thing you ate?

It's too bleeping hot to prepare anything involving heat, so I made a sandwich of my own invention. I call it a CrunCheese Sandwich. Two slices of cheese between two slices of bread, with potato chips between the cheese slices.
 
4 biscuits, 4 fried chicken pieces, red beans and rice, and a twix
