What's the Source of this video?

God, youtube is a goldmine! It's really stepped up its game since Poenhub basically purged almost any and all tickling content.

Honestly, could be amateur. I'm not familiar with the video myself, but it kinda feels like an amateur clip to me.
 
That's very early Zen Tickling. It's probably on his clips4sale site.
