What's the worst tickling you ever received?

So since a lot of people on here get tickled often I was wondering, out of all of those experiences which was the worst tickling you ever received? By that I mean most amount or unbearable amount.

The very worst was three teenaged football-player cousins holding me upside down and tickling me mercilessly when I was very young. Worst as an adult was tied facedown and tickled relentlessly on the backs of my thighs, my ass and balls, with some pit, rib and foot play incorporated. That was within the past few months or so. 🙂
