What's with all the Tickle Addiction rip off sites?

I noticed on Clips4Sale that there are multiple "producers" who are just re-releasing Tickle Addiction clips. Taylor Raz, who owned the clips, has left the tickle world, so are these people thieves who are trying to profit off of her absence? Anyone know what's up?
 
Someone else on this site asked the same question a few months back. Taylor still has an account on here that she checks every once in a while. She responded to that thread saying that she actually sold her material to someone and that's what those stores are.
 
It's nice that people are watching out for piracy though. :thumbsup:
