What's with Don Turtelli?

So, call me crazy, but I don't understand this.

I've been on here for a while, and one of the things I've noticed is the tenacious fandom towards Don Turtelli... I don't get it. I know he was the character that exposed the tickle fetish to most of our members, but I don't understand why everyone still loves him so much.

Am I missing something? Why does everyone have a fanatic love of this dude?
 
I never got it either. Most of the people he tickled were children and males. Yes he did tickle April, but it wasn't even that long and I also never thought it was that hot. In that episode he tickles Vernon longer because he seemed much weaker then April. I am only 25, so TMNT was just a little before my time. I have two older sisters one 28 and the other in her 30s that I know watched it. I finally decided to YouTube this guy and see what the fuss was about. I spent the whole time raising my eybrow.
 
Huh. I think I was wrong with the date of TMNT. I'm 18, I knew it was before my time just not THAT before my time. I remember seeing that scene before, when I was just an Ant of an Antarion, and I don't even remember sparking my interest button.

And here he goes again talking about his love of seeing the two children that get tickled in the show. You'll hopefully probably never ever get a bare feet tickling of Caitlin picture or drawing here because guess what? That would be tickling a minor and it doesn't matter if the minor is real or fake.That shit doesn't go down here( pardonnez mon français).
 
I think the reason people like Don is because of exactly the reason you said. For many of us early on. It was one of our first exposures to tickling. Not that i have any obsession with him or the scenes in question. But i do have fond nostalgic memories of it and him because of it and it would be fun to see his character return if just for that reason.

This. If he had spent more time tickling adult female characters, I would probably be more of a fan of him.

Also, am I the only one who thinks that a guy who captures two grown men in the middle of the night, carries them off to some secluded warehouse just so he can tickle their feet a little...um, strange?

My mind always wondered if he was a closet homosexual pedophile with a tickle fetish? Lol I am sure he wasn't, but it was just odd he mostly tickled guys and children(He usually tickled Zach more). OMG I remember finding that scene on YouTube as well. You're not the only one that found it odd.

Wow! I don't know who he is, what he looks like, I don't want to read any more about him, and I hate him already.
 
Maybe it's apples and oranges; but I'm more of an Alex Murphy, Robocop 2 fan myself. The one scene he did with his on screen wife was much better then the April scene IMHO. And yeah my parents let me watch that shit when I was eight 😛.
