It's definitely not down. What are you seeing that makes you think that? If you can, provide a screenshot.

It's not down, but maybe you're experiencing the new age verification required on certain adult websites if you live in one of the states or countries that have passed laws requiring them? If that's the case, you won't be able to view clips on the site without verifying your age or using a VPN or proxy service. But if you're in one of those locales, going to their homepage would show a notice that verifying your identity or age is required. What do you actually see when you try to access the site?

I just see the landing page which asks me to verify that I am 18 or older. Once I check the box, it lets me in without any issues.

Then you are probably in a state or country that has not passed one of those laws requiring verification of age through verifying identity or similar means.
