After reading all these replies it dawns on me that I don't think I've ever actually seen a mini-series all the way through. And I'm an R/TV/F major! Can't recall seeing any one fully. Maybe most of V, but not all of it.

Was Twin Peaks a mini series that was turned into a full series? I can't remember if that was the case. I did like that - it was bizzarrious.

Police Squad was good but only lasted 4 episodes, so I guess that was a 'mini' series. I'm just impressed a show that short could then inspire 3 films! On a pure numbers ration, that probably equals the Star Trek entertainment empire.

I'd have to say Children of Dune. Sure, it was boring sometimes, but I cried at the end. Awesome series with gorgeous music 😉

Yep, Twin Peaks had atleast 4 seasons. Very bizarre but very entertaining... and the women! Lordy, the women David Lynch chooses for his projects, my goodness! 😀
