Personally, in a session, as a 'ler, tickling someone who is spread-eagled, tied to a bed, I find is the most fun, as it's the best and easiest position to get all the 'lee's most ticklish spots. You can get on the bed with them and tickle their belly, ribs, armpits, neck, legs, knees, and feet really easily.

I always loved the rack that Czech Tickling used. The ratcheting part for the hands and the stocks at the feet end. Add a blindfold and the lee will surely go mad. Oh, and don't forget the nylons.

Well that's why I don't think it's often used. I think as long as both parties know what they are doing, give probably more breaks then usual, and use safewords, i think it is just as safe as any other position, just gotta add a few more safety check ups, and I wouldn't be concerned. But I'd only do it if the person I was doing it with was skilled.
