Its easier to say where I am NOT ticklish: Underarms. Right in the center.

Absolutely worst is either my feet or my stomach. It has to be done right though. Hard tickling doesn't cut it.

ANYONE can tickle my belly. I can kind of resist laughing when my feet are tickled, but not my stomach. I immediately flail to try and block the tickler!
