I wouldn't compare what you're talking about to rape, Sunjob. What I was referring to was Ray's suggestion that someone who did not want to be tickled should be tickled anyway until she "comes around." That's very different from what you're talking about, no?

I agree with what you're saying and can see where you're coming from but I think we're looking at what he's said from two different perspectives. My perspective of "until she comes around" is that he means he'll occasionally give her quick tickles till she doesn't mind.

I'm quite sure you see it a different light and when looking at it from that perspective you are entirely right in everything you say and I would entirely agree that if he is forcing her to ENDURE unreasonable amounts of tickling until she doesn't mind it, that is not right and is comparable to rape.

Heard it "I'm not ticklish" all too often. Proven them wrong more than I can count. I think it's a defense mechanisim. Just my 2 cents worth.

You might be right, though I would hope that Ray would have said this if it was what he meant. Personally, I still have problems with the idea of doing something a woman doesn't like, even occasionally, on the theory that she'll eventually get used to it. But that would be plain obnoxious, not at the level of rape.
