Love the question 'licious!!
I think reality as it relates to the pursuit of a fantasy can be avoided. Other than that, it can become denial.
I have experienced fantasies come true, both due to pursuit and due to just being a good person I guess! LOL Just fell in my lap a few times. Honestly, most of the time I pursued it, the fantasy didn't measure up, though once or twice it went beyond what my feeble mind could have comprehended. The times fantasy came out of no where to become reality? Those were superfly tnt!! I mean mushroom cloud-laying! One small stroke for tickle, one huge belly laugh for ticklephilia...
I think the times the reality didn't measure up to the fantasy had to do with how I perceived myself within the fantasy. In other words, I had this preconceived notion of how the ENTIRE experience would be for me. So when I got to a certain step, and didn't feel the way my mind had mapped out, it was kinda like letting the air out of my balloon.
Anyone who doesn't cross the boundary of becoming harmful is allowed into my reality. There is no insecurity in fantasy, so allowing someone real into the fantasy means there has to be a great deal of trust and comfort.
A good tickler? I can only speak from my mindset. A good tickler recognizes the greatest tickle comes first from within. I always try to first make the emotional, mental, spiritual connection before the physical. I guess sometimes that can occur THROUGH the physical.... which is quite fun!

i believe some live purely in fantasy, cause it is perfect. i believe reality can be scary and avoided. when do you cross the line? do you ever? had reality ever been better? is fantasy better. why? whom do you allow into your reality? fantasy? what makes a good tickler? do tell!
