2. yes, i tickled my mates foot once and he said cery loudly "STOP TICKLING MY F**KING FOOT YOU FREAK!" he was not in the mood and i looked like an ass for the 45,682th time in my life

I think tickling should not occur during a formal event where it would be disruptive or if the target lee is serious about not wanting to be tickled.
I poked my nephew in the side at our wedding reception and got a reflexive head but in the face as he jumped. Does that count? lol (I was waiting for blood to start flowing down onto my wedding gown. But, though I saw stars for a bit, neither my nose nor mouth bled.)

Well, for me, a bad moment would be when you're in like.. depression or something. I've had a few friends try to tickle me when I'm down, and honestly, it pisses the fuck out of me, haha. I love being forced to smile, but not when something huge is on my mind. For example, a bad time would be after a break up. Not YEARS later, but like a day or two.
