I've seen vids where the lee is tickled so much their actual laughter starts to fade or even stop completely, but they still squirm around and stuff.

So for you lers is it still appealing when the lee doesn't laugh anymore but still squirms, pants, or makes other non-laughter sounds? or is constant laughter a must?

A good sign to give the lee a break and check on them. It's possible they're running out of air!

I've had this happened twice. Ivy (video, Ivy Exhausted) simply ran out of energy... she was so worn out. She was breathing fine--just completely exhausted. And one other person who, again, was completely exhausted.

For me, it's a sign to stop. But it is kinda hot when it happens.

Best reaction I've seen in real life. And nothing bad about it, the ticklee is just on her own with her ticklish sensations at that moment, lost to tickling, no strength to struggle.

I had a tickle session with Lolo from Tickle Abuse and I tickled her silent a few times during our session. She was extremely sensitive to billowy feathers on her neck and upper body, every time I touched her there (which was often) she completely lost it within seconds! Even after I stopped the tickling, it took her a few seconds to stop laughing and catch her breath. Drove her WILD!

It's important to remember that it takes a lot more air to oxygenate the body than it does to produce sound from the vocal chords, so if you reach silent laughter it's possible that the ticklee isn't getting enough air because they may well have already gone beyond the point of good oxygenation before that stage.

So, silent laughter, for safety reasons, is a very good time to ensure the breathing is ok and to take a breather.

Rule number one, a dead ticklee is no fun for anyone.

Never tickled someone to passing out of course, and I've been a total shit of a ler to someone who is probably the most ticklish person on the planet, so I'm not actually sure if it's possible. I guess there'll be someone around here who's seen or done it though.

It is possible. I was close to it once, and I didn't even notice it. Ler suddenly stopped, and I was wondering why. I didn't even realize I was running out of air, and when I got up, I almost fell and he had to hold me on my feet.

I tickle her in her "kryptonite" spot until she goes into that "silent laughter" state.

Then, I CONTINUE to tickle her until she starts laughing vocally again.

That is the point when I give her a short break to catch her breath.

I do that repeatedly, until she begs for mercy several times.

It makes her...well...you know.... *blush*

As long as the lee is getting enough oxygen, because you know safety first and all that. But with that being said, silent laughter and squirming is hot. With myself personally, I get weak rather quickly and my silent laughter comes out because of frustration and lack of control not necessarily that Iv'e been tickled for a long time and am not getting enough air.

Honestly, she loves being tickled relentlessly like that.
It's her new-found joy, but I don't do that to her ALL the time.
