When you are tickling someone, how do you like to communicate?

I was sitting at home the other day, watching some tickling clips, having a bud... when I stumbled across a few clips where the ticklers talk to the victims. >.>
It was interesting to see how the different tickler's talked to their 'lees. 😛
Some of them used baby talk like "kitchy kitchy kooo" and "does that tickle?", all said in that "voice". xD
Others teased their victims, saying stuff like "The tips of your toes are so ticklish. Maybe I should use a feather on them" or summut. xP
Then you had the casual talkers who are there to have as much a laugh as their 'lees. XD
So, when you are tickle torturing a poor 'sole', how do you talk to them or how do you like to talk to them?

I'm also aware that quite a few people may use a combination of two or more. 😛 Just select the one that most applies to you. The one you couldn't tickle without using. XD

I think that under the proper circumstances, silence is most affective. Particularly if you're the nice guy type like myself; trying to sound devilish or clever when they know for a fact how much of a dork you are would probably only spoil the mood, though you might get some laughs from it (not tickle-related laughing though...<_< )
Silence would make you seem focused, heartless, and sadistic. As if no amount of begging will free her or bring any respite. Machine-like.

I can use any talk, it's really situation-dependable. Silent, evil grin helps as well, especially a satanic one like mine. It's really fun to see your ticklee's face in a grimace of laughter as she tries to plead you to stop, only to meet with your diabolical face as your fingers carry the tickling on and on in silence... well, from your side.

I put other. If i'm tickling someone (NEVER GET TO!), I want to give the illusion that they can get it to stop by simply answering a question. Example: "Spell Mississippi if you want me to stop", while tickling them senseless.

I can use a mix of things. If not mere silence, as they're laughing so much, it could be a mix of teasy, baby, or sarcastic talk. For every situation it could be different though. If I ever ended up getting anyone for a long enough time, I could end up using a different one for each personality, once I find out which one seems to irk them the most.
