Where do I register for NEST?

I want to go to NEST this year and I was trying to find a place to register on here but I can't find it. How do I register for NEST this year? Need help on this as soon as possible. Thanks.

If you're not sure you can come now, you should wait. The last day to
register (and get the group hotel rates) is April 8th.
