Where is a good common store to get D rings for under the bed restraints?

I've been using key chain key rings, but they keep bending, need something stronger.

I don't know what you call them in the US, but these snap locks are very handy and you should be able to get them in any DIY/hardware store:

WELDED D-Rings

You should always buy the welded or cast in one piece variety as butt-jointed ones always seem to separate under strain. Home Depot D-rings cost a fortune, but this company http://cdwplus.com/singleDrings.html seems to have them in small multiples for a very reasonable price.

I'd recommend the 3/4 or 1 inch variety depending on the width of your webbing. You also might need to go to a shoe repair store or a dry cleaner who repairs leather garments to have them sewn to your webbing because these establishments always seem to have the heavy-duty sewing machines which will be necessary.
