Where is the members picture section

I'm not sure the specific section you are referring to, but there are the following that I am aware of:

• Tickling Pics & Images Forum – If tickling is in the pic
• Non-Tickling Image Forum – If tickling is not in the pic
• Show us the real you Thread – A sticky thread in the General Discussion Forum
• Media – Section of the site where you can manage your media, including albums that you can share

It's possible that there's something I've missed, but hopefully one of these are what you're looking for. Additionally, you can view member specific pictures and other media if they have any by going to that member's profile and clicking either their Media or Albums tab.
