I can't remember where I got it and its entirley too short (Roughly 20 seconds). It has two men tickling a bound nude girl, but while she is begging for mercy they are carrying on a casual conversation and ignoring her completley.

Does anyone know which video this is from or where I might find more clips from this same footage?

That seems a clip from www.feeture.com (that tickle jobs there and the model seems known to me).
