Ok, so like many others I fondly remember the frequent tickling scenes from the different Where's Waldo books over the years. Since I don't have the books anymore, I thought I might be able to find all the different "worlds" from the books on the internet. While I didn't find much in a decent enough resolution, I did find a link to a Where's Waldo online computer game with the same goal as the books. I figured what the hell, I might get lucky and at the least it should be entertaining. "Where's Waldo: The Fantastic Journey" is what it is called, and is an easy download if you just google it.
Basically each level is a big image with a few scenes that feature a simple animation or two with sound effects. One scene featured a dungeon setting, with a lot of vampires and prisoner guys. Low and behold, one of the animations in this level is a guy is tied to a table and the vampire is tickling his feet with a feather, with a recording of laughter. The original author must have really stressed the tickling theme to the game creators.
Here are the screenshots from the dungeon level.

And here are two original photos from I believe one of the early books.
