I've researched this extensively. 😉 The new Flexcare works very well, with a "massage" setting that's fun. But for the ultimate tickling tool, go with the Waterpik Sensonic. It has two settings. The "high" will drive even the most slightly ticklish person crazy.

I don't think it would even matter if one was used on me lol. I think a toothbrush of any kind or type would do the trick. Sonicare is bangin, I have to admit.

I just tried out that toothbrush at a gathering and it was a big big hit. That's got some serious power! :-O The only downfall I'm seeing is that it runs out of battery life after around 30 minutes when you keep using the high speed setting. That makes sense though I suppose. But holy hell that's an awesome tool.

I've had a few different sonicares toothbrushes, the more expensive brush just offers more bells and whistles same basic function. Personally I like the Sonicare Essence 5300.
