So like the title says, who do you miss the most out of all the people who have been and left TickleTheater?

MayDay...I miss his saucy brain!!! Mmm...saucy brain...

CellarDweller...I never see him posting anymore, and I love him DEARLY!!!

I miss talking to Mistress Val...my soul sister, all the way across the ocean...

I miss Nessie and her wit...

I miss Cheshire and his hilarity...and his brilliant artwork...

I miss Yatsabel's stories...

I miss lots of people...I didn't get to visit as much as I wanted to over the past 2 and a half years, due to grad school...so I didn't get to talk to many of the folks I love...less than a week until my licensure exam...once I start having a scheduled life again, I should be around a bit more!!!

less than a week until my licensure exam...
Well I would say good luck....

However I will save it for someone who will actually need it.😉

You will pass with flying colours.:super_hap

I definitely agree. You're going to do great on that exam🙂
As for people I miss, I'd say first and foremost would be LonelyKimiko. She was the first one who really welcomed me here and made me feel welcome, plus she's just a really cool girl and a lot of fun to talk to.
Another one I really miss sometimes is Obdub. I always thought she was really cool. I understand she did leave the forums willingly for her own reasons, but she is missed.
I know there are others, but those are the main two that come to mind. If I come up with others I'll add them on here too.

I don't see Kooica around here much anymore. I really enjoyed his posts for the first few years I was here.

I miss Sammi, since we only talk every two or three months, try to do something to get a correspondence going, then it falls through.

I miss our late-night chats too, Camel 🙁 I also miss Ness, ILuv2bTickled, May Day, and a few others who might not want to be mentioned.

Count me among those who genuinely miss the way Ness livened up the place with her wit and her art!

CellarDweller...I never see him posting anymore, and I love him DEARLY!!!

(((((((hugs)))))))

How are you, dear?

Well, since I've been away for so long, and not posting, perhaps I should tell you what I've been up to!

Last you know, I was in a relationship with a nice guy. We started dating in April of '06. It got intense quick, and we were talking about making it permanent.

however, in November of that year, he broke it off. I was crushed, and it took a lot out of me.

I had tickled him a few times, so coming here only made me think of him, and so I stayed away.

On top of that, I also became a "global moderator" at an online forum for fans of the movie "Brokeback Mountain". The members there were quick to get very close to each other, and we became so close, that we've started holding get togethers around the U.S. (and Europe for the European members) and I've been doing much traveling.

Since the movie first came out, I've been to Florida, DC, Maryland, Texas, Oklahoma, Michigan, Colorado, California, back to DC, and last month, Virginia. This month I'm back to California, and then it's to Georgia in April, Wyoming in June, the UK in June, back to California in August, and Delaware in September. I've met people from the UK, Finland, Italy, Sweden, Netherlands, Canada, France, Austrailia, and all over the US.

I've met so many great people, and done things I've never done before. Rode a horse, had a hayride, rode a cable car, hiked up a mountian.

However, it's not all been good.

One of the members (I'll call her JP) was considered the "mom" of the forum. She greeted everyone, made phone calls, emails, PMs, and got to know almost everyone. I met her at the first get togehter in Texas, and saw her no less than 10 times the past two years.

In December, she told a few close friends (I was one) that a recent exam revealed a fist sized tumor on her liver, it was inoperable. She was starting treatment to shrink it, and hoped to have it removed.

On Jan. 21st, we received word from her family that her liver failed her, and she was being placed in hospice care. The next day we got word that Heath Ledger had died. The next day, we found out that JP had died as well.

The members went into a tailspin, it was a rough few weeks for a while, but we are beginning to return to normal.

I've continued to work at my diet and exercise, while I haven't lost any more weight, I've not regained any either. Just recently joined a gym, looking forward to losing another 40 or so pounds, and get to my goal of 185lbs.

Still single, still looking! Mr. Right is out there somewhere. Just got to find him.

Two of the coolest people I've met is a guy from Georgia, and a guy from Virginia. The three of us bonded in San Fran last Sept., and they call me their "little brother". Since I'm the oldest in my family, it's cool to be a little brother for a change.

How are you doin', Love?

the hollywood brother misses everyone who has left us and isn ot with us in this great forum anymore. as far as anyone standing out then yes, the hollywood also has to go with nessie as a top choice. the hollywood brother always liked reading her post. does anyone know what happened to her anyway?
