I've told my sister, because there's almost nothing I can't tell her, and it helps her get some context with the other goings on in my life.
I told a long-lost friend I went on a sort-of date with a couple of months ago... Conversation was going nowhere, and I figured, "Why not?" There was no chemistry there to begin with, I found, so there was little to lose, but it made for an interesting conversation. She's vanilla, but has explored, and was open-minded, so I knew she wouldn't care.
Then, another old friend (who I've known for about 10 years now and had something of a semi-romantic evening with last New Year's) asked me about what was going on in my social life last week -- specifically stating she wanted to know the stuff beyond the blog. So, I told her -- actually, at the beginning of the lengthy e-mail, I mentioned I'd become part of a fetish community, and challenged her to guess the theme of the fetish... It was disclosed later in the e-mail. In her response, she said she guessed it was tickling, "two seconds after" I mentioned the word "fetish"...
...I suppose that evening, after pouncing upon her, and showering her with tickles and kisses and uttering the sentence, "I don't know whether to tickle you or kiss you" was kind of a giveaway... 😀 (FYI: That evening, I settled on a compromise -- I did both! 😉 )
But again, she's an open-minded vanilla. Alas, tickling does nothing for her -- she says she's too ticklish. Sweet young woman, though. I'm very selective in my friends, so I know negligible stuff like this won't faze them.
My friends rock. 🙂
