I totally agree, Keifer never gets old!
But having heard all the various comments i still have to stick with Michael Varlan, 'formerly' on Alias.
He just has that rustic male look with a delicious overlay of strong silent type.

For cute, it's got to be the 9th Doctor on Doctor Who. That adorable whimsical smile combined with clever, principled intelligence.

And, just to take this from the sublime to the slightly rediculous,,,😛
