This is exactly like asking who the most savage fellow in professional wrestling is. The question should read 'Who gives the most convincing performance as a merciless and sadistic tickler in videos?'

They're simply actress/models earning a living by performing. I've done softcore myself, and so has KT- it's actually pretty boring waiting around between takes while the lighting's adjusted, discussing what's to be done with your scene partner and what she's comfortable with, chatting to the director about the camera angles he wants, etc., etc.
