That too. Why, just today Bridge started off a comment about time zones, and I launched into the history of time zones. ^_^
 
I call it "situational useless information". I'll walk into a diner with my friends - "Want to hear the history of the diner?" Someone will buy a Pepsi - "Want to hear the history of Pepsi?" Someone will be eating cornflakes - "Want to hear the history of cornflakes?" And so on. 😛
 
Tell me, have they ever tried to use a topic they think you don't know about and been royally po'd when you did? 😛 People try that all the time on me. 😛
 
Oh yeah. That brings such immense satisfaction. I love just cutting them off like that and watching their faces as they realize yes, I DO know about that.
 
Ah, the curse of knowledge.....isn't it just grand? lol, I can see you now, lecturing to people, and accidently including a reference to Jupiter. 😛
 
Well, I am guilty of going on Jupiter tangents occasionally. I'll admit that. 😛
 
And we love you for it. 😛 Every anime forum needs a Jupiter fan. And I am the closet Mercury fan. And Saturn fan. 😛
 
I don't think that's quite the Saturn we're talking about, Nessie.
And Shadow, it seems like every 3rd guy I know is a closet or open Mercury fan. 😛
