You know, you keep bringing up this lutheran server business and it doesn't make any sense. Why exactly is this a problem for you? You live in a private residence right and are paying your own bill right? Technically, unless you're using a public device, you shouldn't have this problem. Not unless of course the only server in the area is this one you're talking about.
But even if that is true, theres nothing they can legally do to stop you from accessing the internet in full. If you pay a bill and have a service provider they have no business to filter what you can and cannot view. It sounds illegal to me, and if it is legal, I don't see how anyone in your town or whatsus is content with that. Surely people have complained by now, right?
