Who would be the most ruthless ticklers?

This is an interesting concept I think, and I thought it was worth sharing. Back in the day there was the show deadliest warrior and it was all the types of soldiers past and present who were placed in tournaments and analyzed for their skills. So I thought, what the hell? This could work!
What group of people (past or present) do you think would be the most ruthless ticklers? I think the vikings would be my pick, they just seem like if they wanted to get something out of you they wouldnt stop getting creative until they got it from you. Medieval English would be close second for me. What do you think ?
