Who would win, a bear or a NFL kick returner in a race to the endzone

This week watching and listening to ESPN there was a weird story going around about this question:

If a full-grown grizzly bear was at the 50 yard line, and a NFL kick returner (lets say Devin Hester or Antwan Randle-El) was at the goal line, fielded the kickoff and started running.....would the bear get the player or would the player make it to the endzone.

They actually interviewed Randle-El on ESPN and he said he would most likely win. And then they had a BEAR EXPERT who told him no way in hell basically.

So, as an interest to me..what do you all think?

Bear or kick returner.

My answer....BEAR! Its hard to fool it, and it runs faster than a human.
I think the bear would be having a fine dining experience.

Grizzly, no question. Bears can run at about 40mph while the fastest man clocked in at 25mph. Besides the bear would snack on the man and win by default.

Lol. I remember hearing this first mentioned by Tim Kurkjian on Mike and Mike a few months ago and finding the image hysterical. Obviously there is no way Devin Hester can outrun the bear. And I don't believe the bear is going to be fooled by a juke the way a human would be. And even if he were momentarily, the bear is going to catch up before the end zone. Devin stick to the NFC, leave the real bears alone.
