It's funny, but when I thought about this question for more than half a minute, I realized that I could come up with many definitive answers depending on variables such as:

whether or not it were a friend, acquaintance or stranger
whether there would, might or wouldn't be reciprocation
the degree of privacy of the setting
even whether it were a real person or a fictional character

and I'll leave off there before my list gets too long.

There are 3 girls actually whom i want to be tickled by, all of which i really really like. The first girl Kathleen is in the same uni class as me, shes really nice and sweet and i like her more than ive liked any girl in my life, some people are calling it love but i wouldnt say that since im still young and it might be just a new feeling that will happen alot of times with nice girls that i like in the future. But she has a bf so i cant do nothing but apart from being with her, id really like to be tickled by her toes. Another girl is my friend stephanie whom is also kind and sweet and has stuck by me through this whole ordeal of mine since i havnt told this girl in case of ruining my friendship, i share it with my friend steph who is also going through the same thing with someone she likes so we can relate too, plus she doesnt realise this but she is extremly attractive and i am attracted to her for sure but she doesnt see me that way which i accept, but id really like to be stocked down and tickled by her toes too. And then there is my old college friend emma whom has been my first and closest longest female friend ive had, again we are just friends but she is really friendly although she doesnt see me that way, she is kinda flirty and has told me that she did fancy me at one point but at the moment she has a bf and im hundreds of miles from her anyways at the moment, of all the girls i have ever tickle fantasized about she is the one i the most, she has a strong and dominating character which for some reason really really attracts me and when ever i have fantasies of being tickled by someone she is the first person to come into my mind, usually involving me stocked down and her tickling me by stroking her toes lightly against by soles and taunting me. Im deeply attracted to her and have started to have major feelings for her too her but i didnt realise this until i had already left my home town where she was.

So theres my tickle wish list, i know many of you have said celebrities, and although i have a few in mind, my ultimate fantasies at the top of the list are to be tickled by those who are really dear to me and have a place in my heart as close friends.
