Who write the letter to Wizard?

In the letters page of the new Wizard Magazine (a magazine devoted to comic books and other related pop-culture things such as movies and video games), somebody apparantly wrote a 19 page etter about tikling super-heros and how tickling should be brought to comics. They didn't run the letter, but they showed one of the pictures that was sent and had a little blurb about the letter. They kind of made fun of whoever wrote it, but I felt it came off as being in good fun. Plus, you get to see a picture of Black Cat being tickled. I'm assuming it was somebody on this site. So fess up! Who wrote it?

Not me. I stopped reading that rag years ago. Propaganda for the big companies. No real interest in indie stuff. Fawning coverage of the mainstream. The monthly price guide fans the flames of speculation that did the industry a great disservice in the late '80's, early '90's. And besides, my interests evolved toward collecting original art...

Still, I'd wonder who it is... It's bound to be someone on here... Hm... :illogical

It is in the March 2007 issue. Page 10. An illustration of the Black Cat from Spider-Man.

Can't seem to find it right now, but I'm sure I have it.

I just finished writing what I was about to post about this in word, so here it is...
----------------------------------------------------

In the latest issue of Wizard magazine, which appears to be a magazine devoted to superheroes and the like, there were a couple of tickling mentions. They had a small part on page 10 titled "TICKLEME" that I'll type out, though I can't give the picture along with it, though I'll describe it:

"Normally, we'd print out the "Wierdo Mail" letter of the month in its entirety, but 19 pages of tickle fetish mail from this month's just barely exceeded our word limit!
'Fred. F' from the Bronx, NY sent a massive panegyric -- it means 'public praise' -- in favor of 'Superhero Tickling' to our offices. It includes hand-drawn pictures of his character 'The Amuser' (which, apparently, is just a bunch of floating feathers and something called 'The Fingerhand Orb') tickling tied up Wonder Woman, White Queen, Batgirl, Lady Death, Black Cat (pictured) and more!
'[Others] have their superhero fantasies, I'll draw my own,' says Fred in his incredibly long, pro-tickling letter. Hey, we're just thankful we've stopped getting mail from 'Plushies.' Umm...don't ask."

The picture has Black Cat with her arms above her head, laughing as floating feathers tickle her exposed left underarm, along with some explanation in chat bubbles as to why it's happening.

On another page, there is a picture of Captain Marvel surrounded by monsters that I suppose may look as if they're going to tickle him or something. The caption reads:

"Goochie goo! Even the wisdom of Solomon can't save you in a tickle attack by monsters."

That's all I saw.
