I would have to say myself, and my most ticklish spot is a toss up between my inner thighs and my feet.

A gal I knew named Tara when she was 19.

She was unbelievably ticklish, and better, didn't hate it. She didn't love it either, but you have to start somewhere. 😉 I one time trapped her ankles and tickled her bare feet for what couldn't have been more than a moment, but we had four people burst into the room because she was screaming her head off.

They encouraged me and one of the gals who came in tried to tickle her ribs, but Tara was writhing like a worm on a hook as it was. She eventually squirmed out of my grasp and punched me in the shoulder, though she wasn't too mad.

I would have dated her but she wasn't really interested, sadly.
