Whoa Ticklish Pedicures?

Oh I'm sure this question has been asked before but of course I wasn't here before.

Would you go and get a pedicure knowing how (Oh My God You Can't I sware to you I will hurt you, scream to the top of my lungs) ticklish your feet are? Woman sitting all around you getting the same thing as you try to hide the laughter when your feet are just placed on that towel, grabbing a hold of the arms of the chair knowing as she's about to use that foot file on your heel, or push back your cuticles, oh wow now that massage no way but knowing in all the while even for that split second that this is WAY TOO TICKLISH? Oh my god just the thought of having someone else do a pedicure makes me want to hide my feet. Although I must say that when I give myself a pedicure it's not as bad (then again I push hard) LOL.

Don't shut up, TklshCountryGal! I don't give pedicures but I do foot massages and I have seen many of my clients go into spasms of laughter when I barely even touched their feet. Usually, the ones who tell me they are very ticklish usually settle down and enjoy the session after a few minutes. I've even seen a few 'anti-feet' types fall in love with having their feet massaged.

I get pedicures every now and then and they are extremely soothing to me. Maybe the anticipation of having your feet touched is what makes you more ticklish when you get a pedicure. Once you're there and it's happening, you probably relax a bit more.

You can give yourself a pedicure because you're in control and you know what's coming. It's like trying to tickle yourself... not the same as when someone else does it for you.

I can't sit still without giggling and squirming during pedicures either, but I force myself to go and get them done. 🙂

I would love to get a pedicure, but the only place I know that does them in my town has the woman working in the very front part of the store. Basically anyone who came into the salon would see me and I am way too shy for that hehe. I'm sure there are other places that give them though, now that I know for sure it will tickle, I might invest in one.

So weird, I just posted a little story of when I got a pedicure. Well, my ex-girlfriend talked me into it, dunno why. anyway, I go in and she tells me to come to the back with her. She tells me to remove my shoes and socks, and I do. I sit in the chair scared out of my mind and wait. She finally comes back in and touches my toes. I let out a faint giggle. Bad Idea. She says, "Oooh ticklish," as she slowly moves a finger up my sole. I try to hold it in but fail. Throughout the hole thing she kept giving my feet little tickles here and there. It was quite an experience.

I’ve had more than one girlfriend (who doesn’t know) say, “oh! we should give each other pedicures!” the thought of someone touching my feet, who doesn’t know, makes me a wreck!

I take very good care of my feet and give myself regular pedicures, but I can’t help but wonder if there is something that a professional would do that I am not doing. I seriously doubt that I will find out any time soon tho. I would just die!

This happened to me yesterday. I went to the salon my g/f goes to so I could get her a gift certificate. She gets pedicures there but only in the summer. She doesn't feel like it is worth it in the winter since she doesn't wear sandels now. So I am waiting for the certificate when I see a young women in the pedicure chair. She started laughing and I saw her squirm in the chair. I almost lost it when it happened. I told my g/f so she knows one of her gifts she is getting and she just snickered. She said that has happened to me before. So I told her I want to be present the next time she gets a pedicure just so I can see her reaction. She has told me it does tickle and she really has to concentrate. She said she almost kicked the girl there the last time cause she hit a ticklish spot.

That is why I will never get a pedicure from someone else again. I do the myself. It tickles too damn bad. One time, this Korean lady had this scrub brush and she would never leave this one spot, and I was begging for someone to shoot me to end the agony😛

had a pedicure once. had to give up halfway through, i was literally crying trying to hold my laughter in. I can't even get a foot rub without cackling like a crazy lady, so i've just come to terms with the fact that i'll never be able to have my feet pampered!

I have had one pedicure by a salon and I'd do it again anyday despite it tickling like hell !🙂 The lady I had didn;t speak much english and I was freaking out looking at her long manicured nails before she touched my feet!There was also some guy that worked there that I was very attracted to that made the experience torture hheehhe with me laughing crazy and I could see him smirking at corners of his mouth LOL...😉 I think he really enjoyed watching me too hehhehehe because in the end when I paid,he said that I could come back anyday🙂LOL..
