......hmmmm.....I'd have to say that my all time favorite is Vicious from Cowboy Bebop......I mean he's one of the coolest villans I've ever seen, and he really reminded me of Sephiroth from FFVII....

Hmm. Dr. Fu Manchu, howlingly racist stereotype though he is, is still a classic character and would make my list.

Besides that ... the Kingpin, as written by Frank Miller. The Four from Planetary. Mysterio, stupid costume and all. The Shade from Starman. I'm sure I'll think of more, but those are the ones that leap most easily to mind.

Ra's Al Ghul and Joker are two of my favorites, too. I think Bane is great as well...even though I think Batman woulda kicked his ass if he had been in top shape in "Knightfall" lol I mean, he's kicked Bane's ass every other time. lol
