My mood-symbol is "elated" today for the first time ever. Why? Because a good friend who I haven't seen in more than a year turned up the other day; she's made a partial recovery from a dreadful disease. It's like having a loved one come back from the dead!
It's seems unreal just looking at her now, talking to her; seeing her able to walk again (albeit wobbly) and lucid and vibrant (in comparison to before) it's such a precious gift!
