...when I am not the slightest ticklish? Is it a forbidden fruit thing? I guess its human nature to be interested in things that are mysterious to us. But why do you think I am so interested in something that I really can't be part of?

Well, it's not really forbidden. I mean, you'd let people tickle you, you're just not ticklish.

It sounds more like one of those "grass is greener" things, or Moses being allowed to see but not to enter the Promised Land.

I'm not a shrink, but you may be drawn to the control factor, the rush of involuntary pleasure, watching what's happening to the truly ticklish and wishing you could experience it yourself.

Or you could simply take pleasure in causing it yourself. As a ler you get to remain tickle-adjacent, enjoying the giggles and torment you're causing while perhaps exacting some vengeance against those who feel so easily that which you can't experience yourself. 😉
