Why can I see my pic in my profile but others can't?

If you click the settings button next to your username in the top right, you'll see a list of options including "profile privacy" which includes your photo albums. You probably need to change the settings there.

All my settings are to allow everyone to view. Not sure what the issue is.

If you mean the album with your picture in it, you need to set it to "Public" and not "Profile" if you want others to be able to see it, as Jeff noted. Right now, you have it set to "Profile".

Thanks divine...could you explain where I can do that? Sorry I'm a little slow! I went to the "settings" area in the top right corner but couldn't find where to change it.

When you open the album, there should be an "Edit Album" link in the upper right. Click it. On the resulting page, choose "Public" and save.
