I think it's the ability to elicit that type of reaction in a partner or to have a partner be able to elicit that type of reaction from you. There's definitely the control aspect, but there's also being able to touch or be touched all over one's body and have an intense reaction no matter what. I have tried to figure out exactly what about tickling turns me on, and I can not pinpoint it. I, like some others here, have felt "something" since I was very young when tickling was involved. Over time, the feeling has evolved and morphed into many different feelings. Some of the original ones remain, while others have changed to accommodate growing older, reaching puberty, sexual maturing and everything that goes with growing up.
