Many members on this forum (myself included) are probably really quick to announce a complaint about poor customer service we receive from a tickling media company. I think it's only fair to let folks know about good service when we get it.
I emailed TC Videos with a question about a few vid clips that I was thinking about purchasing. I had halted my self imposed boycott of TC videos when they made available a free sample clip of their work.(I dont purchase videos from companies that dont offer free clips, Ive been burned by bad videos from companies too many times).
Despite the fact that I sent the E-mail request to them on a late Sunday evening,They answered my e-mail within less than two hours.
I purchased 4 clips and I had a problem with a password for one of the vid clips. Within one hour of notifying TC videos they resolved the problem. To complicate matters, I stupidly gave them the wrong clip number that I had a problem with. In spite of my alerting them of my clip problem after my paid membership had expired, they very promptly resolved the problem with no hassles.
Let us remember to thank and appreciate companies like TC videos, The late "Vellication Video", The "Last Laugh Inc" in Canada, Brazilian Tickling Site" and others that seem to respond promptly to problems and e-mail requests. I think we all know the difference between good and bad customer service. I sure do, I still am waiting for videos that I purchased from some companies over a year ago. Please let them know if they are doing a good job and thank them.
