I agree with most of what's said here, but I'd also like to throw in my two cents that there are likely more female lers around than people realise, but I find that when I am around - I'm swamped by people and requests. It can be quite daunting to some, so you might find that a fair few ladies simply don't chat much, instead of fending people off with sticks.

Maybe set up a shout out box for the ladies to address the men?

I think guys overhype it when a female is a ler or switch. Then they want to be selfish and take what they want and by then when someone else comes around they don't wanna deal with them. too many bad experiences or selfish guys ruin the lot for all of us

Sounds like what I should do then is put on my lee persona, tie myself to some kind of device and simply wait.
