Defense
Arguing for upper body follows a different logic. Yes, the more helpless is quite often the more arousing. But I think that is actually the torso, because the arms are not the only defense mechanisms a person has. The legs are limbs too (think of how much 'lees kick). The feet, though they can be restrained, are natural fighters in and of themselves. The torso, however, is the "body" in its passive state. When the arms and legs are taken out of play, the upper body has nothing left to protect it, and that is the rush for me.
Theres the obvious, that alot of people are attracted to that area so it becomes the preferred target.
Also when your tied up, its about as far away from what you use to protect yourself, even if you got an arm free, youde not help yourself, theyre so volunrable to attack, The helplessness adds to it for me.
