Why Is Frenchtickling So Slow?

Does anyone know why the members' site is so incredibly slow? I average 300k with every download, but with FT's I can only get up to 2K.
 
Slow!

I just left them myself! Their bandwith on server is way below what is healthy for a site distributing clips!
