If it's just this board, it means you're being affected by another banned user. The admins here must've banned the IP of a particularly troublesome user, and, assuming you have a dynamic IP address (One that changes and is not constant), you "got" his IP address simply by chance. If you have a cable modem or DSL modem, you can try turning it off and on until it gets a different IP. If you're on Dial-up, simply disconnecting and reconecting will give you a new IP (Probably, anyway. You could get the same one). However, even if you change it now, the conflict may yet arise again. I defer to one of the Mods/Admins on whether they can remove whatever IP ban is affecting you (PRobably safe, since whomever you banned obviously no longer has that IP.).
