Why No Feedback On My Stories?

I don't understand it - when I read a story or see a clip that I like, I always take a few seconds and post a comment - but I have posted various stories lately that I believe are pretty good - hardly anybody gives me any feedback, though - am I wrong - are my stories not so good - don't you enjoy the results of my efforts?

i haven't been in the mood to read any stories...however i will say that i've always liked yours..and when i feel like it again..i'm read yours..

hmm i don't know why there isn't much feedback...lazy peeps?

That's a pretty natural feeling, isn't it? When I write, I think there are too many reasons feedback may or may not have been posted that I think it's sort of like blaming bad luck on fate or something. Don't read too much into it or thou willst surely go mad.

More of a lurker than poster, but for you, I will honestly say your stories are amazing. You put a tremendous effort in your writings and it shows. Keep up the stories. Some of us love em'.

Hey pen.....
sometimes people's hands a little tired after reading stories sometimes.

I one time got a PM from someone who told me....

"Wow, sorry I did not post in the thread but I had to tell you great story. It was so good I had to jerk off while I was reading it, and now a day later am finally posting to you about it. Keep up the great writing!"
Or often times people will copy the text on to their computer or just print the screen and read it later.
The number of hits on to the link is what you should focus on, not the replies. But even then, as long as you enjoy it, thats all that really matters.

As for me, that PM kinda weirded me out, and I have not written much if anything since.

I don't read to much anymore either, I am more of a visual person myself.

generally speaking pen, most people don't get that many responses to their stories. Don't take it personally, though i can appreciate what it feels like to post a story but only get a few responses to it. If you want to get an idea as to how much people like your stories, keep an eye on the amount of people who have viewed your stories, this is usually a better way to gauge. You might also want to post at Tickle Theater as well if you want to garner some more responses.

As someone who has wrote a story for TMF (Serum #24), and someone who reads them as well, I can honestly say that i never post a reply complimenting the story. However, you tkl-pen, have posted a compliment on my story, and, for one, receiving a compliment from such a good writer as yourself means a lot to me.

I use the same gauge as Cosmo_ac does as far as number of views. But as far as wondering weather your stories are any good, you need not worry anymore. Your stories are excellent.
